Glad to see that our “Doctor Brides” made it to prime time yesterday on ARY News ‘s special featured show “Sham -e-Ramazan”.
In a country with a total population of 200 million people, more than 50% of individuals in Pakistan don’t have access to basic primary healthcare services, and approximately 42% fail to receive health coverage. Despite the thousands of doctors being produced every year, the country’s doctor-patient ratio remains 1 for every 1200 patients. In this day and age, where science and technology are rapidly growing and evolving, Pakistan’s need for adequate health services can only be met by creating innovations that integrate health and technology. And to raise the issues “ARY News” invited our Co-Founder & CEO “Dr.Sara Saeed” to shed light upon the matter and discuss the role of #SehatKahani in providing a platform to theses “Doctor Brides” to continue there practice….
Have a look!
We hope that with #SehatKahani’s e-health platform these doctors get the opportunities they deserve and a solution for them to continue their practice.
Let’s celebrate these women and make sure that the work force keeps on growing!
